Material Sourcing: Zero in on a global palette

The G+B Design Resource Library centralizes a collection of materials from around the world and gives you the opportunity to get the materi- als in your hands. If the material still isn’t right, we’ll send our Material Sourcing Engineers in the U.S. and China on the hunt. Then, we’ll find the exact material to make your program shine.

Design + Engineering: Ideas transformed daily

Sometimes you’ve got an idea. Other times, you’ve got a fixture that doesn’t quite do the job. Or you need a new fixture, but cannot picture it. G+B designers handle all of the above expertly. Our global Design Team in the U.S. and China work concurrently to transform your sketches and architectural drawings to production-ready docu- ments. Our team applies a wide range of resources to each project, including: -3D renderings -Value engineering -Solidworks PDM real-time file sharing with China -Graphic design assistance -Material research -Overseas and domestic prototyping

Inspectors: Quality assured

Working with the same factories for over 20 years has given us rock-solid relationships and time-tested processes. Before leaving a factory, a fixture program has to pass three strict G+B quality inspectors and clear a six-step quality control process. With ISO Certification, factories themselves are quality certified in manufacturing, environment, working standards and UL.

Warehousing & Logistics: Capabilites to scale

With 450,000 to 1 million square feet of warehouse space ready; multiple shipping points; and 1000+ containers im- ported each year, we are more than equipped to handle programs of all sizes. With our company owned expertly managed warehouses, inventory is accounted for, fixtures arrive on time and rollouts are rolled out when promised.

Assembly: Catch details, release quality

Once a program reaches U.S. soil, our Assembly Team inspects every inch of fixtures to ensure we meet or exceed your expectations. With extensive woodworking, metal fabrication and installation backgrounds, no fixture gets delivered without being smoothed to perfection.
