RETURN POLICY If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of receipt of goods. For return acceptance, products must not have been used, and must be returned in original carton. Ship returned goods to us freight prepaid and please secure prior written return authorization and proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns of nonstock, custom, special orders, or used item orders. Grand + Benedicts reserves the right to accept or refuse returned items to our stock. All returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. SHIPPING & DELIVERY For instock items we can provide sameday shipping. F.O.B. is Point of Origin. Small parcel shipments include a $3.50 handling charge per order. This handling charge is waived for online orders. Our standard shipping terms for small parcels are Prepaid and Add.All orders exceeding small parcel carrier limits for size and weight are shipped via common carrier, freight collect, unless otherwise specified. NON-UPS ITEMS Packages with a combined girth and length that exceeds 130” do not ship UPS. These items ship by truck only. TRUCK SHIPMENTS For damaged common carrier shipments, retain packing slip and notate any visible damage on freight bill at the time of delivery. Call freight carrier for an inspection, then call our shipping department to file a freight claim. If shortages occur, sign the receiving documents for only those pieces actually received, and notify your carrier immediately. For merchandise damaged internally, please notify our office immediately for return, refund, or replacement. Have your invoice order number ready to expedite the process. Although our responsibility ceases when shipments are accepted by a carrier’s agent, we will extend every possible assistance in clearing up claims for our customers. CLAIMS & DAMAGES (UPS & FEDEX) For damaged small parcel shipments, keep original packaging, merchandise and packing materials unless otherwise notified by UPS or FedEx. · FedEx claims can be made by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX (800-463-3339) or visit www. fedex.com, contacting your driver, or going online to obtain a FedEx Express control number or a FedEx Ground damaged call tag confirmation number.

Grand + Benedicts cannot be held responsible for any changes, errors or omissions. PAYMENT OPTIONS Grand + Benedicts accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Repeat customers can set up a Net 30 account with approved credit. We do not process COD’s (cash on delivery). For nonstock and custom orders we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. SALES TAX Sales Tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states: California, Idaho, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio and Washington (subject to change without notice). PRICES Prices are subject to change without notice. For complete assurance, please get prices quoted when placing an order. Immediate availability is limited to stock on hand. Special orders require deposit and minimum quantities may apply. SERVICE CHARGES All open accounts over 30 days past due are subject to a 1½% per month or 18% per year service charge.
